When you purchase research from Reports Pedia, you acquire a license to use it, not ownership of the underlying content. These Report Licensing Terms explain what each license permits, who within your organization may use a report, and the limits that protect our intellectual property. The license tier you select at purchase governs your permitted use. These terms apply together with our Terms of Service.

License, Not Sale

All reports and research remain the intellectual property of Reports Pedia. A purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the report within the scope of the tier you bought. You do not acquire the right to resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publish our content, and all rights not expressly granted are reserved.

License Tiers

Single-User License

A Single-User License permits one named individual to access and use the report. It is intended for a single reader and may not be shared with colleagues, uploaded to a shared drive, or distributed within a team. The report may be viewed and referenced by that one authorized user for internal purposes.

Multi-User License

A Multi-User License permits a defined group of named users within your organization, up to the number specified at purchase, to access and use the report. It suits a team that needs shared access. Use remains internal to the authorized users, and the report may not be distributed beyond them.

Corporate License

A Corporate License permits employees of the purchasing organization at a defined site or business unit to access and use the report for internal business purposes. It is intended for broader internal use within the licensed entity. It does not permit distribution outside the organization or to affiliates beyond the licensed scope.

Enterprise License

An Enterprise License provides the broadest internal access, permitting the purchasing organization, including its employees across locations and, where specified, its affiliates, to use the report for internal business purposes. Enterprise terms may be tailored to the organization’s structure. As with all tiers, the license is for internal use and does not grant rights to resell or publish the content externally.

Permitted Use

Across all tiers, authorized users may read the report, use its findings to inform internal decisions, and quote limited portions internally with attribution to Reports Pedia. Reasonable internal presentation of insights to authorized users within the licensed scope is permitted.

Restrictions

Regardless of tier, you may not resell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute the report or substantial portions of it; post it publicly or on any external-facing website; share it with parties outside your licensed scope; or remove or alter our attributions and notices. You may not use our content to create a competing product or to represent our findings as your own. External publication or citation of specific figures beyond fair, attributed reference requires our written permission.

Attribution

Where you are permitted to reference our research externally, please attribute it to Reports Pedia and identify the specific report. Accurate attribution protects both your credibility and the integrity of our work by letting others trace a figure to its source and its stated scope.

Enforcement

Unauthorized use of our reports breaches these terms and may infringe our intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to enforce these terms, including by suspending access and pursuing available remedies. If you are unsure whether an intended use is permitted, ask us first.
