Reports Pedia is building an analyst-led research organization, and our people are the reason our work can be trusted. We are growing deliberately and looking for professionals who take evidence seriously, think independently, and want to produce research that decision-makers actually use. This page describes the kinds of roles we hire for and how we approach hiring.

Analyst Roles

Our core roles are analytical. Analysts own studies end to end: scoping the research question, gathering secondary and primary evidence, building and reconciling market estimates, forecasting under stated assumptions, and writing conclusions they can defend. We look for people who are comfortable with data, honest about uncertainty, and willing to say what the evidence shows even when it is not the convenient answer. Domain expertise across our covered industries is valued, as is rigor in method.

Supporting Roles

Around our analysts we build the functions that keep the research sound and the business running, including editorial review, methodology review, data operations, and client-facing teams for research, custom projects, and consulting. Each supporting role exists to strengthen analytical quality and to serve our readers well.

What We Value

We value intellectual honesty above polish. We want colleagues who cite their sources, distinguish evidence from assumption, disclose conflicts, and correct their mistakes. We value independence: the willingness to reach a finding the data supports rather than the one a client, sponsor, or market participant would prefer. And we value clear writing, because research that cannot be understood cannot be used.

How We Hire

We assess candidates on the quality of their thinking and the integrity of their work. We are relaunching and will describe specific openings as they arise rather than overstate the size of our team or the number of roles available. We hire real people for real responsibilities and will not misrepresent the scope of a position.

No External Guest Content

Reports Pedia does not accept external guest content, guest posts, or unsolicited third-party articles for publication, and we do not offer paid contributor placements. Our research is produced by our own named analysts who are accountable for it. If you are interested in the analytical work itself, we would rather talk about a role than a byline. Solicitations offering guest articles or sponsored placements will not receive a response through our careers process.
